# Baseline Assessment

* *Employee Baseline Survey:* We surveyed UN staff's experiences with accessibility and their understanding of disabilities in general.
* *Focus Group Discussions:* We held discussions among staff members on their workplace interactions with individuals with disabilities.
* *Agencies Questionnaire:* To understand the current state of accessibility within UN agencies, we designed a questionnaire covering inclusivity across four functional and strategic categories: general operations, communications, ICT, and human resources.
* *Accessibility Audit – Tool Evaluation:* We assessed the overall digital accessibility of UN agencies using both automated accessibility audits and manual evaluations.
